Victor Hampson

Victor Hampson is a writer-director, actor, comedian, video editor, musician, Michelin-star chef, elderly woman, wanted criminal and liar. He was born in Dorset, England, where he was raised by an unlikely band of woodland creatures (a wise old shrew, a sexually-frustrated squirrel with IBS, and a fat heron with a glue-sniffing habbit) who put their differences aside to bring up the boy they knew would one day become a man. A man called Victor Hampson.

And they were right. Victor Hampson is now a man, and this, undeniably, is his website.

About

Victor F Hampson started film-making young. He first picked up a camera aged 4, but then put it down again and didn’t start using it for another 3 years. At age 7, he began his film-making journey, spending all of his free time creating incredible experimental and pioneering independent films which were both emotionally complex and narratively compelling. By the age of 8, he had learnt everything it was possible to learn about the craft of film-making. By the age of 9, he had forgotten it all, because he’d got really into swingball instead.

Swingball is a game where two players use racquets to strike a tennis or sponge ball which has been attached with string to the top of a vertical pole. The pole is either driven into soft ground or anchored with a heavy base. Swingball is also sometimes known as Totum Tennis, if you can believe that!

Mr Victor Hampson is physically very tall, and spiritually very lanky. He has massive legs and strides around town like he owns the place. His hair is often too long and quite messy. His skin isn’t great either, to be honest; It’s quite prone to break-outs. But he does have some redeeming qualities [citation needed].

He is known locally as “Señor Jirafa” and can often be seen roaming the moors looking for scraps or shrubs to feed on. If you have seen him or have any information on his whereabouts, please don’t hesitate to inform your local parishioner or leisure centre lifeguard via the contact form below.

In summary, Victor Hampson is an experienced marksman and an absolute pleasure to be around. Check out some of his projects while you’re here! After all, that’s the actual point of this site. This ‘about’ section is totally unnecessary. Absolute waste of time.
